Shipping

Time varies depending on what you have selected. We only ship Mon-Friday 9am-2pm.

If you wish to cancel your order please cancel within 24hrs of your time of purchase.

Returns

If you want to return your purchase, please know that you have 30 days which will begin the day your product has been marked shipped. The item purchase must be in the original packaging and sealed. 

Refunds

You will be charge a 20% restocking fee.

Items that are returned used or damage you will be charge 50% Restocking fee.

Warranty

You do have limited warranty as long as you have a copy of your receipt.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT'S BEEN SHIPPED?

 

Orders cannot be canceled after they've been shipped. Please request an Exchange if you’d like to change the size, color, or style of one of the items from your order, or a Return if you no longer want your order or something is wrong with it. How do I request a Size, Style or Color Exchange?

HOW DO I REQUEST A SIZE, STYLE OR COLOR EXCHANGE?

Updated We want you to love what you bought from an independent artist. So if you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, we can sort out a replacement or store credit for situations where:

  • The wrong garment stylecolor, or size was ordered
  • The wrong case or skin style was ordered

There’s no need for return labels at this point. Just get your email address, order number, and new product style and/or size ready and click through our ‘Submit an Exchange’ button below.

Once you’ve submitted your request, sit tight - our Customer Success team will get back to you shortly with a confirmation email.

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Not in love with your new purchase? (That vinegar smell on your new t-shirt is a byproduct of the printing process. We swear it’s temporary.) If you just need a different size, style, or color check out our exchange article.

SOME THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:

  • We will ask you to provide photos of the affected items to provide feedback to the 3rd-party printer that fulfilled your order.
